Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. - Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4
- Supported by patient care techs, paramedics, and patient support associates

What We’re Looking For
- Current RN license (or compact license)
- Ability to push/pull/lift 50 lbs regularly
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS (or within 30 days), plus unit-specific certifications
- Must Live within 45 mins of Mercy Hospital Washington
